UT Austin, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech are NOT included and will be considered as individual schools due to additional essay requirements/SRAR requirements

Packages include:
Academic, Extra-curricular, Interests Advising and Recommendations:
Academic counseling/assessment of high school transcript/core GPA recalculation
Referrals for Standardized test prep tutoring/testing schedule
Extra-curricular or summer enrichment activities
Informational interviews, building fit-to-major, discovering interest
Discussions on how to make high school a successful endeavor
College Specific Assistance:
Discussion and development of preliminary list of “right fit” colleges
Career goal setting
Assistance with mapping out college visits
Interview prep
Assistance with determining final college list
Extra-curricular tracking sheet provided
Family inputs all activity information from the summer after 8th grade through high school/projecting into senior year on tracking sheet
Family meeting to review extra-curricular info/tracking sheet with DGES prior to resume creation
DGES will create Expanded Resume
Family extra-curricular tracking sheet meeting – January/February of student’s junior year
Resume rough draft created between February and April of student’s junior year
DGES will update expanded resume a total of 2 times
First update – Spring of student’s junior year
Final update – at final college list meeting with family
Final resume – required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to student’s participation in college application workshops
Family responsible for resume changes after resume is deemed final
College Essay/Supplemental College Essay Work (up to 8 colleges for Comprehensive/up to 12 colleges for Grande)
DGES will be available to brainstorm all main/supplemental essays with student for the student’s specific package either in person or virtually
DGES will edit all main/supplemental essays for the student’s specific package
DGES will proofread all main/supplemental essays for the student’s specific package
PLEASE NOTE: Honors/scholarship essays that require a separate application are not included in the Comprehensive/Grande packages
Application workshops
DGES will provide virtual group application workshops for students to fill out applications
DGES will assist, review and proofread college applications for the student’s specific package (up to 8 colleges for Comprehensive/up to 12 colleges for Grande)
All final review/submissions of applications are the client/family responsibility
All Essay and Application assistance with all clients must be completed by November 15 of their Senior Year; after November 15 – any incomplete work is the student’s responsibility. *Exceptions are students who have portfolio work and have purchased a Portfolio add-on package *

Side-by-Side Essay Writing - for the student who can only write with us – in person/virtual
Post Application Assistance for the student/family who needs personal guidance through the letters of recommendation process, setting up college student portals and submitting college application and anything else deemed out of the scope of the package provisions – in person/virtual
